Ink woes + more Dr. S

Winter has pretty well arrived in Newfoundland, and with it the dryness that renders impotent my beloved crow quill pen. I've decided to take this opportunity to get better acquainted with my sable brush. Here are some early noodlings. Pretty rough. One cool thing about it though, is that a brushed ink line doesn't bleed when combined with markers (unlike pens).
