Crow quill

In the past I've complained about poor ink flow from a Hunt 102 crow quill. I can say with almost 100% certainty now, however, that the problem was due to dry winter air. The ink was simply drying too quickly on the nib, forcing me to dip it in water after nearly every stroke. Now that summer's here, the thing is flowing like crazy! I guess I'm gonna have to invest in a humidifier or something for the winter months.

I don't know what it is today, but I'm bloggin' up a storm! Could be all the coffee, or could be the fact that I'm finally getting some exercise after the long and merciless NL winter. Either way, I'm hoping I don't wake up tommorow morning and realize it's all crap and delete it, as was the case with the "Phil Collins as a penis" drawing I posted this morning.
