I got Ivan Brunetti's new cartooning book the other day. I expected it to be a bunch of highfalutin' essays, but it's actually more of textbook for the cartooning course he's been teaching. Above is the first homework assignment - something along the lines of "draw a page of doodles." Seems like a neat book so far. More later!

Nice Dave, a little Seussy. I picked up the book after myself, working on some cat sketches today. I'm hoping to improve on my imagination a bit, you've got no problem in that dept.
